  • Title: Can't access Microsoft 365 services User Impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services. More info: Users would be unable to access Outlook.com, Microsoft Teams including Teams Live Events, and Office.com. Additionally, Power Platform and Dynamics365 properties are affected by this incident. Existing customer sessions are not impacted and any user who is logged in to an existing session would be able to continue their sessions. Current status: We've identified that reverting the recent change did not alleviate impact to Microsoft services as expected. We're working to explore additional options for mitigation. Scope of impact: Any user may experience access problems for Microsoft 365 services.

Server Maintenace Updates & Upgrade - 10pm - Midnight (Resolved)

  • Tonight between 10pm and midnight our server engineers will be conducting updates on our main servers, this update includes a reconfiguration of storage raid and updated drives for more storage capacity and speed. During this time the server will be down for approx. 15 - 20 mins provided no issues arise.

IMAP Email Connection Issues (Resolved)

  • We are currently experiencing intermittent IMAP connection issues, our server engineers are currently investigating.

    Update: Monday 4th December 4:00pm
    The issue has been identified and a server reboot is required to resolve the issue, this will be conducted at 6:30pmAEST or 7:30pmSydney time.

    Update: Tuesday 5th December 2017 7:35am
    The issue was believed to be resolved overnight, however, the issue has started happening again at early hours this morning, our server engineers are working tofind the new fault and rectify it as a matter of priority.

    Update: Tuesday 5th Decemer 2017
    All services have now been restored.
